My new poetry collection, Little Piece of Harm, is now available to order from Longbarrow Press (£5 plus postage). It’s the culmination of five years of writing about the city I’ve lived in for over half my life now. It’s about public damage and private trauma. It begins with a policeman being shot on one of the main thoroughfares of Sheffield and ends with a letter of apology from a father to his son. It has one narrator but many voices.
I’ve got a new poetry collection coming out with Longbarrow Press next week. I’ve written about plotting the sequence, the story, in this blog piece on the Longbarrow website: https://longbarrowblog.wordpress.com/2021/03/16/story-arcs-and-safety-nets-plotting-little-piece-of-harm-chris-jones/
